These Terms and Conditions apply to all Aerial Yoga® activities, online content, teacher training courses, and any products or equipment provided by Aerial Yoga South Africa or its partners, resellers, agents, and suppliers (collectively referred to as “Associates”).

By accessing this website, enrolling in a course, or purchasing equipment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Enrolment & Payments

• All payments for online or in-person training courses are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

• Access to digital course materials is granted only once full payment has been received.

• Course materials, manuals, videos, and written content remain the intellectual property of Aerial Yoga South Africa and may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed.

3. Participation & Health Disclaimer

• Participation in any Aerial Yoga® activity — online or in person — is done entirely at your own risk.

• Aerial Yoga South Africa recommends obtaining medical clearance prior to participating, especially if you have any existing injuries, health conditions, or concerns.

• All students are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before attending any in-person training or purchasing equipment for home use.

4. Equipment Usage & Safety

• Any equipment purchased through Aerial Yoga® must be used responsibly and according to provided guidelines.

• For home use, Aerial Yoga® may provide general rigging guidelines; however, professional installation is strongly recommended.

• Aerial Yoga® and its Associates accept no responsibility for equipment installation performed offsite or by the customer. Rigging is done at the customer’s own risk.

• Improper installation or use of equipment may result in injury, and Aerial Yoga® will not be held liable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, manuals, videos, exercises, names, logos, and teaching materials are the exclusive property of Aerial Yoga South Africa.

• No material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared without written permission.

6. No Warranties

All products and services offered by Aerial Yoga South Africa are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• merchantability

• fitness for a particular purpose

• non-infringement

• product performance or results

Specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Yoga South Africa and its Associates will not be liable for:

• any injury or harm resulting from participation in Aerial Yoga® activities

• damages arising from improper or unsupervised equipment use

• business loss, data loss, or interruption

• incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

Participation in Aerial Yoga® activities and the use of equipment is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

Aerial Yoga South Africa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
