Aerial Yoga Foundations Teacher Training Course

100-Hour Certification | Johannesburg & Western Cape

About the Training

The Aerial Yoga Foundations Teacher Training is a small-group, professional program for yoga, Pilates, and movement educators who want to teach aerial yoga safely and with confidence. This training is more than learning poses — it’s an immersion in how the body moves, breathes, and balances in suspension. Grounded in yoga principles, the course blends structure with curiosity, giving you the skills to guide students through movement that is supportive, intelligent, and joyful.

Each group is intentionally limited to 4–8 participants, creating a calm, personal environment for learning, exploration, and mentorship.
